Our first time and certainly won’t be our last time! We came on a Saturday night and it was a nice atmosphere it was busy but the service was very quick, you order through the app what you want as much as you want which I prefer. The app was very simple to use and I enjoyed the table service especially the robot that was just an experience in itself to see how the robots works it is very clever and I think it works really well. I think the price is very reasonable for the food you get good quality and good quantity. The staff was very helpful and the manager was so lovely. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next time I’ll bring the children because they’ll love the robot! I’m such a fussy eater and get the basics from a Chinese takeaway so now I’ve managed to try different Chinese food and realised what I’ve been missing out on!

My 1st time dining at TCB Bolton and I'm not disappointed. The ordering app was easy to use, Food was served quickly by the quirky little robots, food was fresh, hot and full of flavour. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The kitchen staff who probably rarely get a mention on reviews, I'll give them 10 x 's for all their hard work behind the scenes. I shall most certainly go back again...thank you guys & robots!!

This review is from my five year old son. He really wanted to go to a Chinese buffet and a bonus that they served it on robots, he loves the robots and was fascinated watching them deliver the food. His favourite food was the duck, rice and noodles. The manager was lovely, she was so friendly, explained everything and kept checking in on us and made an effort with the kids which was a really nice bonus. I think he'd eat here everyday if he could! He absolutely loved it. Starters where really good, prawn toast and chicken wings especially good, noodle dishes were great too however the crispy beef and some of the other mains weren't as tasty, but for the pure happiness of how much my son loved it and overall experience it was a great night and will return.

First time here on a Friday night. We went about 8pm and was very quiet, plenty of tables. Customer service was perfect, happy to explain how everything works and always a smile. Food was great, nothing bad to say at all. Also like the way they have a food waste charge, keeps wastage to a minimum so well done. Will definitely be back again 10/10

If you have children, want them to try a variety of dishes and let them pick their own - this is great, the robots delivering food make it fun for them! The food was fresh, arrived quickly and portion sizes were brilliant in reducing waste and not over eating. The system is quite confusing at first but once you figure it out it works well. You'll be doing everything with your phone, the staff will help you scan a QRQ code and then after this just order from your phone.

I went there with my husband and kid on weekday afternoon. The staff there were very nice and helpful, food were tasty, yummy . I love the fried rice and appetizers so much. The most amazing thing was the robot server, which was very 'high tech' and efficient. I would definitely come again and next time looking forward to having a dinner buffet there.

First time. Had to come to see the robots lol. We loved it, highly recommend and will be back. The food came in decent size portions so there was no food wasted. Can order from your phone which is really easy. No need for getting up less you need the toilet. Staff are friendly and helpful.
